A Divine Secret
Welcome, beautiful soul.
I do not believe in coincidences — so if you’ve found your way here, it is not by accident.
Something you’ve read resonated within you.
Something — or someone — guided you here, to this page, at this exact moment.
You are welcome to explore at your own pace.
To take what resonates.
To leave what doesn’t.
This path is yours.
And the tools you need to experience abundance in any area of your life can be found right here.
I truly believe this:
you can be, do, or have anything you desire in your life.
I’m sure you’ve heard this before.
I know I had — many times.
But what I didn’t realize, until I was ready to listen,
was that there is a secret to how this actually unfolds —
and it isn’t what most people think.
It isn’t about working hard, forcing outcomes, pretending everything is positive, or chasing something outside of yourself.
The secret I’m speaking of has always been much quieter than that.
So obvious that once you realize it, you can’t unknow it.
Older than trends.
And far more personal.
In fact — it is personal.
This secret is found in two small words you use all day, every day — often without realizing it.
These very words you have used not only to describe your life,
but to create everything you have and everything you are at this very moment.
Seemingly simple.
Yet the most profound — and most sacred — words that can be uttered:
I AM.
How “I AM” Is Personal
Long before we learn theology, belief systems, or spiritual language, we learn how to articulate our thoughts and feelings about ourselves.
“I am tired.”
“I am old.”
“I am overweight.”
“I am unattractive.”
“I am bad at math.”
These words feel harmless.
Automatic.
Even factual.
But they are more than descriptions.
They are identifications.
Each time you say I AM, you are telling your mind who you are —
and the mind listens, creating in alignment with what you are telling it.
Your subconscious does not argue with you.
It accepts what you consistently claim as truth.
And when an identity is repeated often enough,
life begins to quietly organize around it.
Why These Words Shape Identity
Most of us are not consciously choosing our "I AM statements."
They are learned.
Inherited from others over time.
Repeated aloud, whispered under our breath, and spoken silently within the confines of our own mind.
Yet these two words sit at the center of direction, belief, and becoming.
Before they are ever sacred,
they are deeply personal.
Why “I AM” Is Considered Sacred
So why are these two simple words considered sacred?
And why does it matter how we use them?
The truth is, I AM has carried sacred meaning for thousands of years.
Over 3,500 years ago, God revealed His personal name to Moses.
That name — YHWH, often rendered in modern English as Jehovah or some similar pronunciation — is translated as:
“I AM what I AM.”
(Exodus 3:14)
In this moment, God was not offering a title —
but revealing His nature.
Existence itself.
Presence itself.
Being itself.
The Creative Force Behind the Name
God — whether understood as God, the Universe, Spirit, Nature, or Jehovah — is most often described as omnipresent.
Not distant.
Not separate.
But present within all life.
The creative force behind everything that exists —
and that exists through everything.
So when we use the words I AM, we are not simply speaking casually about ourselves.
We are speaking from the same language of identity and creation.
Why This Matters
When we say I AM, we are not just describing who we think we are.
We are aligning our identity with the creative force that brings things into being.
Used unconsciously, these words shape limitation.
Used intentionally, they restore alignment with truth.
This is why awareness matters.
Not because the words themselves are dangerous —
but because they are powerful.
And power, when recognized, can be used with care.
Awareness, Not Blame
This understanding is not meant to create fear or self-blame.
Most of us were never taught to be mindful of the words we speak about ourselves — especially the quiet ones.
So we use I AM the only way we know how:
to describe how we feel, what we’ve experienced, or what we’ve been told.
Not realizing that these words are not just descriptive —
they are creative.
And when they are spoken repeatedly, they begin to shape how we see ourselves…
and how life responds to us.
Why This Space Exists
This space exists to support that awareness.
Everything you’ll find here — the words, reflections, reminders, books, and tools — are offered to help you notice how you speak to yourself, and to gently guide your new ways of thought.
Not through force.
Not through effort.
But through reconnection.
Reconnection with the I AM that has always been within you —
quietly speaking, gently guiding, patiently waiting to be heard.
Nothing here is meant to replace your faith or your inner wisdom.
It is meant to help you listen more clearly to what has already been trying to lead you to your true self and a more abundant life.
Your friend in love,
Chrissy 🌿
